…our farm, behind the Agriturismo, is a family-run business and focuses on products at km0 to guarantee quality to our guests.
We breed steers, calves and pigs, scrupulously controlling their diet, health and well-being. To the guests of our restaurant we serve meat of Bergamo origin guaranteed, high quality and unique flavor.
We produce salami, bacon, coppe and culatelli, fresh and seasoned cheeses.
We also grow corn for polenta, specifically the qualities: rostrato red and barbed Gandino, still harvested by hand is taken to Cerete (a village in Val Seriana) where it is stone ground. Our polenta can also be eaten by people with celiac disease because it does not contain and does not come into contact with any flour. The mill has two millstones, so we can also bring a part of wheat to obtain the white flour that is used in the kitchen for the preparation of Casoncelli.
We have a small orchard and vegetable garden where, depending on the season, we can find salads, tomatoes, cabbage, leeks…
In the small vineyard we produce two types of wine: Merlot and Incrocio Manzoni, which you will find on our menu.
